Among those practices that I observed, which practices will I adopt and which ones will I improve on? What lessons did I learned? Practices worth adopting The practices that worth adopting in learning is the cooperative and collaborative process. Cooperation is a faster learning. Practices to avoid and to improve on The practices that must be avoid is the pen and paper or the teacher will just right on the board without explaining because no one directly teaches anyone anything of significance.
That is the true essence of professionalism. The reason for this is a deeper understanding of the Learning materials. Begin with the end in mind. Support your answer. Is it necessary to have objectives always in the 3 domains — cognitive, psychomotor and affective? Why or why not?
