Where is bid history on my ebay

If you are using a web browser on your phone, you should be able to see the bid history of an item using the link that appears where the number of bids is listed, though you may have to use the desktop site version of the page rather than the default mobile site. As of a few days ago I can no longer see the bid history or number of bids. Instead it says Winning bid and shows that amount of the highest bid and to the right of that where bid history used to appear it shows a Heart symbol followed by Add to list and a down arrow which shows 2 other choices: Add to wish list and Add to a new list.

I used bid history to make 2nd chance offers, so I really do miss it. Did anyone find a solution to this? I had a bid cancelled today and I would like to see on my iPhone what happened.
